| 1. Are my payments secure? Yes, I own, manage, and 100% completely run Flutterbeads Jewelry of NH & VT. I process all of my own credit cards (except PayPal), through a reliable & trust-worthy Merchant company. And, I do NOT share anyone's information, ever. If you choose PayPal or Google Checkout, they speak for themselves on reliability and security. |

I accept Master Card or Visa (credit or debit), Discover, personal or business checks (sorry, no starter checks), PayPal, and Google Checkout for all regular* Domestic orders. *Regular orders are small, Domestic orders, and none of the following: For Canadian, International, Wholesale, or Retail orders, only CC's, PayPal, or Google Checkout are accepted, no checks please. |
| 4. Do you offer gift cards? At this time, I do not offer gift cards. I do, however, offer good "old-fashioned" gift certificates, in $10.00 increments, in all amounts from $10.00 - $100.00! |
| 5. Why can't I return earrings? Sorry, but do to Health & Safety standards, I cannot, and will not accept any returns on Earrings. |
| 6. What are your business hours? Ordering online is available 24/7. If ordering by phone, my hours are: 7 days a week, 9:00am - 9:00pm Eastern time. All inquiries may be sent 24/7, and I will respond within 12-24 hours. |
| 7. Do you offer gift wrapping? Generally, I don't do this, as I would want you to check and make sure that you are getting that perfect gift for that special occasion. I do offer gift boxes though. Currently, I offer just a white cotton-filled jewelry gift box. |
| 8. Do you guarantee your products? 100%! I make ALL of my own jewelry from only quality materials. I use real gemstones, Swarovski Crystals & Pearls, Austrian & China Crystals, Glass Pearls, Czech Glass Beads, high-quality Seed Beads, Quality Sterling Silver and Gold Filled, durable & high-quality Silver & Gold Plated, durable clasps in many styles, etc. Click here for my Refund & Exchange Policy. |
| 9. Can you make duplicates? Yes. I welcome special orders & requests. Generally, I have enough beads on-hand to make a duplicate. In some cases, I might have to order more supplies. |
| 10. Can you make a matching Bracelet / Earrings? Absolutely! If there isn't already a matching piece to an item you like, I can make one up special for you in little to no time at all. Simply email me your request, and I will email you back with the price quote and how long it will take me to complete your request. |
| 11. How do you package your items for mailing? I place each piece individually into their own jewelry-size zip-lock pouch, then into a bubble mailing envelope for added security. For Wholesale, Retail, and other very large orders, I sill place each single piece of jewelry into their own zip-lock pouch, then all of those are carefully place into a size-appropriate mailing box packed with either "peanuts" or bubble wrapping. |
| 12. Do you send free samples? No, I don't. As much as I would love to be in a position to do this, it is not something that I am willing to do at this time. However, I do give out a FREE gift of jewelry with every purchase! |

When making your selection(s) per each piece, if the size you are looking for is not listed, then choose the size closest to the one you want, and fill in your requested size in the "Customer Comments" section at the time of checkout. |

| 14. Why is there such a long delay in delivery compared to other companies? Unlike with most companies, I am a one-person operation. I have created Flutterbeads from the ground up. I am the Owner, Designer, & Creator of Flutterbeads Jewelry of VT & NH. Most of the orders I receive ultimately become, in a sense, a 'custom order'. All of the styles you see on my web site are made up in quantities of one. Therefore, if the size you need is not the size in my inventory, then I will create that item special for you, in the size(s) requested. I take Great Pride in my work, and make sure that all of my customers are completely satisfied with their purchase(s). |
